These terms cover joining the ContextCloud waitlist, operated by Oshyn Inc (“Oshyn”). They are short because joining the waitlist commits neither of us to very much.
What joining means
Joining the waitlist registers your interest in ContextCloud. It is not a purchase, not a reservation, and not a contract for the product. You owe us nothing, and we owe you nothing beyond what this page says. You can ask to be removed at any time.
Your place in the queue
We may show you where your registration sits relative to others. That figure is informational and approximate. It can move in either direction as people are admitted or remove themselves, and it is not a promise about when or whether you will be admitted.
Admission is at our discretion
We decide who to admit and when. We may admit people out of order, admit in batches, pause admissions, or decline to admit a registration at all. We are not obliged to give a reason.
Confirming your email
After you register we send a confirmation link to the address you gave us. A registration that is never confirmed is deleted after seven days. This keeps us from holding addresses that were entered by mistake or by someone else.
Marketing email is a separate choice
Operational email about your registration, such as the confirmation link and the message telling you that you have been admitted, is part of being on the waitlist.
Marketing email is separate. We send it only if you opted in, and you can withdraw that at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing message, without leaving the waitlist. Leaving the waitlist also stops marketing email.
Accuracy
Please register with an address you control. Do not register somebody else. If you tell us a registration was not made by the address owner, we will remove it.
If the waitlist closes
We may close the waitlist or end the programme. If we do, we will tell registrants who have confirmed their address, and remove the registrations we no longer need.

These terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we publish a new version with a new version number and effective date. Material changes apply from the date they are published. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, and the courts of Delaware are the venue for any dispute about them.
