What “not yet set” means
Two rows above say a period is not yet set. That is a statement, not a placeholder: the period has not been decided, and we would rather say so than publish a number nobody has agreed. When a period is set, this schedule gets a new version and effective date.
Changes
We may update this schedule. When we do, we publish a new version with a new version number and effective date. Shortening a period applies from the date it is published; lengthening a period for information we already hold is a material change to the privacy notice and is versioned there.
